Phases of the Moon
I love the way this one turned out. I wanted it to look like the big golden moon I get to see rising outside my studio window.
Infinity
I was chatting with a patron that had a tattoo of an analemma on her arm. An analemma is a figure-eight shaped graph that shows the position of the sun in the sky at a specific time of day over the course of a year. She inspired me, but the closest term I could find in my NASA dictionary was infinity.
Parallax
I made this one about parallax since it was mentioned in the infinity definition.
Europa
I based this one on NASA’s mission to Jupiter’s moon Europa. Launched in 2024 the Europa Clipper space probe will reach its destination in 2030. I used silver metal leaf for the probe.
Jovian
I love the word Jovian
