Neuschwanstein castle, near F\u00fcssen, Germany.\u00a0 It&#8217;s located in the foothills of the Alps in the very south of Germany, close to border with castle.\u00a0 The buses will only take you so far and you still have to walk a paved road that seems to wind on uphill forever.<\/p><p>And then there are all the stairs to climb in the castle itself.<\/p><p>I use this memory as motivation when I&#8217;m on the treadmill and have it on incline.\u00a0 I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section surface.\u00a0 Second, I paint the background using quality acrylics.\u00a0 <br \/><br \/>Next, I modeled the mountain using paper clay.\u00a0 I did it in two parts, adding the details of the rock work after the base dried.\u00a0 I painted the entire mountain black first then added greys, light browns and green on top.\u00a0<\/p><p>Then it&#8217;s on to the little bit of paper clay and matte acrylic paint.\u00a0<\/p><p>I like to use the inexpensive matte paints that you can get at a hobby store.\u00a0 The sheen from regular acrylic paints takes away from
